Colored Mulches - have a deep, rich appearance that remains strong even after being exposed to sun and rain. Types of Topsoil: Nursery Blend - a fine screen mix for use in seeding your lawn. This blend contains compost to aid in water retention. May also work in flowerbeds and planters, depending upon the type of plants you will be utilizing. The high organic and nutrient content will help your lawn, shrubbery and trees thrive. Landscape Blend -a course screen mix for use as a starter soil. This blend contains the same nutrients as the Nursery Blend and consists of a coarse aggregate to promote drainage and allow moisture and air into the soil. This blend provides a more cost-effective option when hydro seeding, laying sod or covering large areas. The Landscape Blend is an ideal choice for commercial projects of all sizes.

Grinnell may require 24 to 36 hours advance notice to schedule product delivery. All product deliveries are C.O.D. unless prior credit is established. (Credit App can be found online here) Past due accounts are subject to collection fees if necessary. Customer acknowledges delivery is customarily at curbside and agrees that if he or she requests delivery of product other than curbside that Grinnell, its agents and employees shall not be liable for any loss of person(s) or property. Customer assumes the risk of loss as to such delivery knowing that Grinnell relies on this agreement in accommodating and complying with customer’s request.
